<h1>Elfriede Neufeld</h1> 1918-2009 Peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2009, surrounded by her family at her residence, Parkwood Mennonite Home in Waterloo, age 91 years. Dear wife of the late Arthur Neufeld who predeceased her in 1999. Loving mother of William Neufeld and his wife Betty of Waterloo. Beloved Oma to Allison Marie and Laura Michelle. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, her extended family and her many friends. Predeceased by her parents, Erhard Rudolf and Elisabeth Vogt, five brothers Eugen, Eduard, Richard, Paul and Peter and four sisters, Olga, Erna, Irma and Else. Elfriede was a faithful member of W-K United Mennonite Church in Waterloo. Friends are invited to share their memories during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday August 25th 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The service to celebrate Elfriede’s life and faith will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 2 p.m. from W-K United Mennonite Church 15 George St., Waterloo. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. A reception will follow the committal service in the church hall. In living memory of Elfriede, a donation will be made to the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
