1936 - 2009
Passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener.
Cherished husband of Rita (nee Tse). Beloved father of Raymond (Sarah) and Samson. Much loved grandfather of Alyssa, Alainna, and Alexandria. Simon will be sadly missed by his sisters; Gladys Lee, Claire M.L. Yum, Yum Siu Ling, and brother Yum Hin Chiu.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Simon with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Friday, August 28, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, on Saturday August 29, 2009 at 12 noon.
Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo will follow the service.
