Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospice in Guelph on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved wife of the late George Carter. Dear mother of Cindy Hickson, Barbara Hall and the late Robert Lindsay. Dear sister of Ruby Bisson and the late Ken Simmons. Cherished Granny to Jenny, Jeremy, Jillian, Brittney and Michael. Great-grandmother to Braedon and Maggie.
At her request there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. A ceremony will be held at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 2 p.m. Friends and family will be received after the ceremony at 76 Avondale Ave. S., Waterloo.
