<h1>Prof. Charles Plourde</h1> PROFESSOR CHARLES G. PLOURDE 1938 - 2008 Charles Plourde passed away peacefully, on April 4 2008, following a brief illness. He was 69 years old. Charles is predeceased by his wife Dorothy, parents Kenneth and Germaine Plourde and sister Jean (Ron Wilson). Charles is survived by his daughter Carolyn (Henry Ensley), his grandsons Jonathan and James, his brother Ken (Corinne), his sister Marie (Lloyd MacDonald), and his sister Margaret McCarron (Bill Lastic). A funeral will take place on Monday April 7, 2008, at 3 pm in the chapel of the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo. Visitation with family will begin at 2 pm. Condolences for the family or donations to the Charles Plourde Memorial Scholarship Fund at the department of Economics at York University or to the palliative care unit at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be arranged through the funeral home, www.erbgood.com or 519.745.8445.
