<h1>Esther Fischer</h1> 1917 – 2007 Died in the Lord on April 24, 2007 at Lanark Place, Kitchener in her 90th year. Predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Stanley in 2004. Devoted mother of Lynne Galvin and her husband Roger of Brockville and David and his wife Karen of St. Thomas. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by her grandchildren, Michael, Katie and Becky. Survived by her brother Art Schmitt of Kitchener. Predeceased by her parents, George and Edna Schmitt; brothers, Carl and Roy Schmitt. Friends are invited to share their memories of Esther with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Esther’s life and faith will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 322 East Ave., Kitchener on Friday, April 27, 2007 at 1 p.m., the Rev. Robert Bugbee officiating. Interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery to follow.
