Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday, April 23, 2010 at the age of 83.
Besides his loving wife Margaret of the last six years, Wayne is survived by his daughter Virginia (Gerry) Schmalz of Cambridge and son Harvey (Deborah) Good of St. George. He will remain in the hearts of his grandchildren Christopher Mundy, Jason (Michelle) Mundy, Steven (Stephanie) Good, Felicia Goyette, Tobias (Lorna) Schmalz, Benjamin (Paula) Schmalz and Jeremy (Karen) Schmalz as well as 15 great grandchildren. Wayne is also survived by two sisters Beatrice Travers and Doris Nichols and sisters-in-law Elda Good and Frances Good. He was predeceased by his parents Daniel and Louetta Good, three brothers Len, Gordon and Laverne Good, and his former wives, Irene Good (nee Zeller) and Noreen Good (nee Bristow).
Rev. Wayne Good was born in Vineland Ontario and ministered in faith throughout his life with the Evangelical Missionary Church throughout Ontario. He was the director of Boys Camp in Stayner and travelled extensively visiting missions throughout his life.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Wayne with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Faith Evangelical Missionary Church, 3849 King Street East, Kitchener on Wednesday, April 28, at 11:00 am with Rev. Richard Kopanke officiating.
Interment will be held at Vineland Cemetery at a later date.
