Our dear mother, Mabel, aged 83 years, of Waterloo, passed away peacefully on Sunday April 19, 2009, with family by her side.
Loving mother of Cheryl (Al) McLean of Guelph, Rod (Linda) Donnelly and Lynnette (George) Zimmerman all of Kitchener. Special grandma to Susan (Sean), Paul (Kathy), Melisa, Sherry (Don), Julie (Kevin), Christopher, David, Shaun, and also Jason. Much loved great-grandma to Bradley, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Matthew and Nathan. Dear sister of Hazel McMichael and Ron Baer both of Goderich and Mona Emerick of Lima, Ohio. Mabel is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband Jack; parents Howard and Elsie, and brothers Ross (in infancy) and Frank.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Mabel with her family during a visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday April 23, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Funeral Home, on Friday, April 24 at 11 a.m.
The family would like to sincerely thank the kind and caring staff at the Village of Winston Park Retirement Home for their friendship and compassion shown to mother during her short time there.
