<h1>Walter Weber</h1> 1930 – 2008 Walter passed away, peacefully, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Saturday morning, April 12, 2008, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Marlene for 38 years; loving father of Rita Jones and her husband Roy. Lovingly remembered as Opa by grandsons Trevor and Kevin. Sadly missed by his brother Peter and sister Hanelore and their families in Germany. Predeceased by his brother Dieter of Germany. Walter came to Sudbury in 1953 from Germany, lived in Garson, and worked for INCO Creighton Mine (underground). Walter and Marlene retired to Kitchener to be closer to their family and have enjoyed 14 years making Kitchener their home. To honour Walter’s request, cremation will take place. A memorial service to celebrate Walter’s life will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 11 a.m. A reception will follow at the funeral home.
