Obituary of John Smith

Smith, John C.-1915-2010 Passed away on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Emmanuel Village, age 95 years. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin T. Smith of Bracebridge and brother of the late Mrs. Arlene Winters of Gravenhurst. Long time employee of Electrohome; a veteran with the RCAF; member of Christ the King United Church; the Kitchener Musical Society Band; Masonic Lodge #509 AF and AM and the K-W Amateur Radio Club. Cremation has taken place. The Memorial Service to celebrate John's life will be held in the chapel of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Elaine Beattie officiating. A Masonic Lodge Service will be included with the memorial service. Following the service friends are invited to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
