Obituary of Dale Burkhart

Passed away at his home in Kitchener on January 6, 2011 at the age of 56. Sadly missed by his wife, Cheryl; mother, Peggy Burkhart; brothers, Jim, Tom and Dave Burkhart; by nephew Chad; and nieces, Jennifer and Kathleen. Also fondly remembered by many aunts and uncles. In keeping with Dale's wishes cremation will take place.
