Obituary of Wilhelm Halsband

Passed away, surrounded by his loving family, at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo on Monday, January 31, 2011 just one day short of his 82nd birthday. Wilhelm is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Katharina, his three children, Isolde (Grant) Miehm, Sabina (Richard) Moore and Bill (Heather) Halsband, five grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Jennifer, Kyle and Emily and three great-grandchildren Garyn, Noah and Cameron who was born on the day of Wilhelm's passing. He will also be remembered by his many relatives in Germany. Cremation will take place and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
