Obituary of Ruby Sider

Sider, Ruby Jane (nee Moyer) 1919 - 2011 Went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 4, 2011, at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd K. Sider, her parents William and Olive (Shantz) Moyer, a brother William Glenn, sister Marjorie Funk, and daughter Miriam Ruth Sider. Survived by sister Doris Bolender, sister-in-law Jean Moyer, sons John William (Anna), Elgin Robert (Betty), seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. As the daughter of a pastor and then as a pastor's wife, Ruby lived and served in various communities throughout Southern Ontario. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m., followed by the service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. A reception will immediately follow the service in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room. Interment at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
