Obituary of Angus Longmire

Passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer on February 18, 2011 at London Health Sciences Centre University Hospital. Beloved father of Darryl and Darcy (Tammy). Proud Grandpa of Brooke, Dylan, and Madison. Dear son of May Boniface. Cherished brother of May (Robert) Schneider of Waterloo, and Marilyn Cockriell, Joyce Bowman, Sandra Longmire (Norm) Margaret Longmire all of B.C. Predeceased by his father Angus Longmire (1991). Angus took great pride in his work; he was a dedicated superintendent and worked for many years at Waterloo Honda. He enjoyed playing darts as a long standing member of the Premier dart league and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Polish Branch 412 for over 25 years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Angus with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, February 22 from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 1 - 2 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2 p.m. A reception will be held at the Legion Branch 412, 601 Wellington St. N., Kitchener.
