Obituary of Elfriede Paethke

Elfriede passed away at St. Mary's General Hospital on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at the age of 81. Predeceased by her parents, husband Karl Paethke and son Manfred. Elfriede is survived by her children, Doreen Dierx (Jan) of Waterloo, Samantha Paethke (Jamie) of Kitchener and Rick Paethke of Waterloo. Remembered as Oma by six grandchildren, Jaclynn, Randi, Nicole, Patrick, Theodor and Sarah. Relatives and friends are invited to the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo for visitation on Sunday, March 13 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau. Reception to follow at Rick's house.
