Obituary of Peter Keddie

A memorial visitation will be held to honour the life of Peter, who died on December 23, 2010 at his home in St. Williams, Ontario where he lived with his wife Lorna Hopps. Father of Chris and Steven Ruttan of Waterloo. Son of Donna Keddie of Waterloo and David Keddie or Kitchener, big brother of Glen (Kristin) of Lasqueti Island, B.C., grandson of Doris Gorman of Halifax, N.S., step-father of Jason (Stephanie) and step-grandfather of Madison of St. Catharines. Also remembered by many uncles, aunts and cousins in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and B.C. Peter was born and raised in K-W and attended W.C.I. and Conestoga College. He was active in Sea Cadets as a youth and enjoyed participating with the Comedy Improv group in Waterloo in the early 2000's. He also enjoyed boating on Lake Erie with Lorna, drawing, painting and many family activities. He worked for the last several years at Sci-Mech of Milton, Ontario.
