It is so hard to put into words how I feel about grandpa... I guess I am just so incredibly grateful that I have so many memories of him. weather it be going over to his house all the time for dinners and sleepovers or the fact that he always had a bowl of nuts on the table in the basement, there's also the bumper pool table that we always played on when we were over there even though we didn't really know how to play rj and I would always just rolls the balls around instead of using the cues. I remember when we stayed the night we would always make popcorn with one of those old popcorn makers before the luxury of the bag to pop it in lol and every Sunday morning when we would wake up grandpa would grab his coffee and we would all sit there and watch coronation street or "church" as he would call it. Another memory I have with grandpa is what he called "butt darts" which was putting a quarter between your cheeks and try to walk over to a tiny little recycling bin and drop it in the small little slot. I was always the best at it and I can still hear him laughing at me as I was doing it. Pouring beer from the keg is another thing I remember and thanks to him I could easily get a job as a bar tender or tar bender as he would say because RJ and I both learned to pour a beer with no head. I always laughed because dad would always end up having to change the keg it would run dry every time he would poor a beer. Also he always had the wooden loon on the one door way and if you hit your head on the door way as you were walking by it you would have to put a loonie in the loon, I wonder how much was in that thing by the end of it…? Also I remember spending time with Uncle Lyle who was grandpa's best friend in the whole world, we would always want to play the commodore 64 when we went over there and Uncle Lyle was always happy to set it up for us. I love you Uncle Lyle and I can't wait for you to meet Brooklyn grandpa adored her so much. It was always a blast going over there to party with grandpa and uncle Lyle and watching crazy legs get up and strut his stuff and the one memory that I have that I will be able to share with my daughter Brooklyn is no matter how bad his last days were and when he couldn't remember much he always remembered his only great granddaughter. When the nurses asked him who the baby was in the picture he was always able to tell them who she was. I am so proud that one of the most important men in my life got to meet the most important girl in my life and that is one of the most special memories I will always have with me. I love you grandpa and you will ALWAYS be with me in my heart weather you are beside me in person or not. <3

Ron and Kelly and Family, We are very saddened by the death of your father and Grandpa, Donny. He was loved by all, and was certainly a very special, and kind man. He is truly going to be missed by us a lot, just by being himself, he was one of a kind. Your dad is with the angels now, and free of pain. Please take care and be well. Love, Linda and Terry xo
