I am very sad to hear of Armin's passing. But I have been thinking of the times we had together, and I can't help but smile. Armin was always having a good time - whether at work, on the golf course, or at the schnapps bar at Oktoberfest (silly hats required). Armin also had a huge professional influence on me; he was extemely knowledgable, and his no-nonsence approach to business was both refeshing and effective. I'll never forget his method of issuing construction drawings to new clients: "you give me the cheque, I'll give you the drawings". This, and many other life lessons, will always be with me. Meghan and I will have a beer for Armin tonight, and our thoughts will be with you.

Dear Sharon: I was so sorry to read in the Record of Armin's passing. I enjoyed working with Armin and the challenges he presented to me and the rest of the Board of WNCC 179 during his terms as a director at Bennington Gate - he did have the best interest of all owners at heart.
