Obituary of Colette Blackwell

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Monday April 4, 2011, at her residence, at the age of 51. Beloved wife of Jim; loving mother of Conrad, Jennifer, Monica, Darek and Mitchell. Dear daughter of Barry and Patricia Durston. Cherished sister of Kirk and his wife Patti Durston, Debra and her husband Graham Foster, Pamela and her husband Murray Forbes and Carla Beck. Friends are invited to share their memories of Colette with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, April 6 2011 from 7-9 p.m and Thursday April 7, 2011 from 2-4 pm. The funeral service to celebrate her life and faith will take place on Friday April 8, 2011 at Northside Baptist Church, 1373 Lobsinger Line, Waterloo, at 11a.m. Dr. Neil Sawatzky officiating. Interment to follow in Parkview Cemetery. A reception will be held in the church hall immediately following the interment at Parkview Cemetery.
