Obituary of Mary Jane Hagedorn

Passed away at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her beloved husband Donald Hagedorn (1985). Loving mother of Beth Gerich (husband Michael) and Jeff Hagedorn. Nanny to Matt Gerich (Sheri), Phil Gerich (Cindy), Emily Gerich (Shane), and Jessica Hagedorn-Bennedict (Steve); great-nanny to Saige, Emmett, and Brielle. Dear sister of Philip Herbst (wife Loraine) of Ottawa. Mary Jane was a volunteer at Sunnyside Home for 20 years. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Kitchener. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories of Mary Jane during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, April 19 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to honour Mary Jane's life and faith will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Das Sydney officiating. Private interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau. Immediately following the service, everyone is invited to a reception in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room.
