We are neighbours of Mrs. Wagner. Even before we met formally, whenever Mrs. Wagner saw me walking with my young children around our street, she would call the kids over to give them some candy or chocolate! Needless to say, my little ones quickly felt close with Mrs. Wagner and always loved to visit the "Candy lady" as they called her. She will be missed on our street.
