Obituary of Johann Dewald

Passed away peacefully, at St. Mary's General Hospital on Monday, May 2, 2011 at the age of 90 years. Johann is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Magdalene, his son Werner (Carmen) Dewald of Mississauga and grandsons Robert and Mark. Also survived by his brothers-in-law Georg and Konrad, sister-in-law Edith and their families all of Germany. He was predeceased by his son Jacob, sister and brothers-in-law, Katharina (Jakob) and Johann. Johann worked for Blower and Forge, Kitchener for 30 years until his retirement. Friends are invited to share their memories of Johann with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 10:00 to 10:30 am. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 am. A reception will be held and interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
