Obituary of William Meindl

Passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Wednesday June 8, 2011, age 84. Dear husband of Doris for 63 years. Loving father of Murray (Arlene) and Philip (Cindy). Cherished grandfather of Craig. Beloved brother of Marie Boeckner; brother-in-law of Bernice Alexander and Eloise Klaehn. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Josephine Meindl; brother of Margaret Meindl; brother-in-law of Vern Boeckner, Hugh Alexander, Floyd Koerber and Verna Koerber. Bill was a long time parishionerr of St. Aloysius RC Church and a long-standing member of the Army Navy & Air Force Veterans Club. Friends are invited to share their memories of Bill with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday June 12, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Aloysius RC Church, 11 Traynor Avenue, Kitchener on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Wojciech Kuzma as Celebrant. Reception to follow immediately at the Army Navy & Air Force Veterans Club, 408 Gage Avenue, Kitchener.
