I worked with Lorraine at Sears many years ago. We worked well together and had a lot of laughs. I remember, very clearly, the love and devotion that she had for her family. She was proud of her kids and her face would light up whenever she talked about them. She will be sadly missed and forever in our prayers!

I am thinking of all of today as you say your final good bye's the woman you love most in the world. It was EASY to love your Mom and if you were one of the fortunate ones that she loved back, Lorraine would love you tons and tons and tons. Every time I think of your Mom, the first thing that comes to mind is how hard she loved, how much she loved her family - when I mentioned anyone of you guys, her face would light up, her smile would go from ear to ear. I remember the day she bought the knitted sweaters for the "grandbabies", proud Grandma she was showing everyone in her row. If we talked policing - " my son Jed ...." is how her sentence would start. Jed you are the apple of your Mom's eye - her peacock feathers would be in full bloom when your name was spoken. The way your Mom looked at Lisa everyday at work with love in those brown eyes, was heartwarming. I loved watching that relationship. A mother and daughter that are the best of friends - Lisa I know your BFF is going to guide in a different way now, she is not far from you. One day soon when your heart is not so heavy, you will see her and feel her around you - this I know to be true ! I will miss your Mom, she was a mother to me in her own special way and she truly left a mark on my heart. I aspire to be the mother she is. Holding all of you tight today! ~ K xoxoxoxoxoxo
