Obituary of Pamela Snyder
Although her journey of over 5 ½ years was long and hard, Pam was courageous and endured it all with a smile and encouraged others as they walked with her. Her two delightful children and loving husband gave her purpose to fight her illness with determination. Pam passed away, peacefully, with grace and dignity, surrounded by family at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Monday, July 11, 2011.

They were blessed with two children, James William (age 8) and Isabella Peyton (age 6). Pam is lovingly remembered by her sister, Lisa Schmitz (Jim McCleave) and Lisa's daughter, Brooklyn; and brother, David Schmitz. Pam is treasured by Barry's parents, Jim and Mary Lou (nee Horst) Snyder; Barry's sister, Tamara Schroeder (fiancé Derek Boniface) and Tamara's daughter, Rebecca; and Barry's brother, Steve Snyder. Predeceased by her brother, Bryan Joseph (1984); maternal grandmother, Lovina Weber (2003); and Barry's grandfather, John Snyder (1991).
