Obituary of Eileen Olive McKerron

Passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Hampton Terrace Care Centre, Burlington at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Walter Buckle and the late Angus McKerron. Loving mother of Richard Buckle (Beverley), John Buckle and daughter-in-law Barbara Buckle. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Marshall, Julie Buckle, Christopher Buckle and Robert, Karen and Trevor Buckle. Adoring great grandmother of Will, Audrey, Chloe, Blake & Kylie. Lovingly remembered by her step-children Ronald McKerron (Judy), David McKerron (Catherine), Janet Wendell and by step-grandchildren Blair, Christie, Becky, Amy, Emily, Margaret, David, Duncan and Brigham. Eileen had a life-long love of learning and enjoyed teaching primary school children in the Waterdown and Waterloo area for many years. Special thanks to the staff at Hampton Terrace Care Facility for their care and compassion through the years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Eileen with her family during a memorial reception at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
