Obituary of Grace Hartleib
HARTLEIB, Anna “Grace”
Passed away at Freeport Health Centre on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the age of 87 years.
Loving mother of Tony (Ingrid) and Chris (Georgina). Much loved grandma of Amy (Scott), Amanda (Will), Lucy and Emma and loving great-grandma of Brandon, Dylan and Caleb. Also survived by her brother John Pflance and brother-in-law Bruce Watt and her extended family Maryam Amiri (Hamid Shaafi) and their children Shadi, Sheila and Chantal.
Grace was predeceased by her beloved husband Leon “Whitey” Hartleib, her sister June Watt, sister-in-law Doris Pflance and parents Harry & Kathleen (nee Westlake) Pflance.
Grace was a longtime employee of the Schneider Foods organization and was a member of Women’s Probus Club of Kitchener-Westmount. Olivet United Church was her church home for many years where she was active in UCW and served on church council and she currently attended Calvary Memorial United Church in Kitchener.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Grace with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 25 at with the Rev. Lynne Bandy officiating. Reception to follow and interment at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener.
