Obituary of James Sydney Allen Larocque

James passed away suddenly in his sleep on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the age of 29.

His was a life cut short far too soon, but he leaves behind a legacy of memories his family and friends will remember forever. His passion was the outdoors. He loved hunting grouse in the fall, fishing for pickerel with his dad, his great grandfather’s boat, visiting by the campfire and life at the family cottage in northern Ontario. His time spent there was where he found peace and solace. But his truest and deepest passion was his boys Kaiden, age 10, and Landon, age 6. He loved them beyond words.

James lived life to the fullest in each and every way. He will be sorely missed by his parents Robert and Karen Larocque, his brother Daniel, his sister Erika, the mother to his two children Sarah Pearcey, by his sons Kaiden & Landon, his niece Abigail, his nephews Riley and Emerson, his grandmothers Evelyn Thom and Phyllis Larocque and his partner Andrea Foye. We will remember you…

Friends are invited to share their memories of James with his family during memorial visitation at Waterloo Church of Christ, 470 Glenelm Cres. Waterloo, on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 1 – 3 p.m. A Memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Reception to follow in the church hall.
