Obituary of MaryAnn Britnell

MaryAnn passed away peacefully at her residence at University Gates, after a courageous 15-year battle with Alzheimers. 

Wife of Doug Britnell of Waterloo. Dear mother of Nickolas of Waterloo and Brianna of Edmonton, Alberta.  Grandmother of Kolton of Alberta. Cherished by her mother Louise Welwood and her sisters Deborah Augé (Alphonse) of Kitchener and Karen Welwood of Kitchener, who was a constant in her journey and with her to the end.

Predeceased by her father Gordon Welwood.

MaryAnn was a graduate of the accounting program at Conestoga College.  She worked for the Waterloo Regional Credit Union, as well as in accounting at the University of Waterloo.

Friends are invited to share their memories of MaryAnn with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, Thursday April 5, 2018 from 12-1 p.m.  A Memorial Service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has already taken place. Reception will follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
