Obituary of Mary Miesowicz

Mary passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 60.

Beloved only child to Zophia (nee Kabylska) and Frank Miesowicz, both from Poland. Both predeceased Mary in 2011. Mary was born on September 25, 1957 in Kitchener, Ontario where the family resided. Mary attended Kitchener Collegiate Institute.

The illness that limited her body, Multiple Sclerosis, did not limit the way she shared her humour, her love of life, and her concern for those around her. She was especially grateful to those who cared for her needs.

She leaves behind many wonderful friends and staff at Forest Heights Long Term Care.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 305 Laurentian Drive, Kitchener on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Larry Parent as Celebrant. Cremation will follow with interment at Woodland Cemetery at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, Mary would most appreciate a Mass card (St. Mark’s RC Church or Blessed Sacrament RC Church) or a donation to Forest Heights Long Term Care.
