Obituary of Alberta Oesch

Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Home LTC, Kitchener on Monday, September 3, 2018, at the age of 98 years.

Loving mother of Brian, Nancy (David) Taves and Mary Anne (Stuart) Brodrecht.  Special grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her husband Clayton Oesch, son Robert and daughter Brenda Venturnio; parents Albert and Mary Anne (nee Knarr) Holtzworth; brothers Carl Holtzworth and Harold Holtzworth and sisters Seleda Wagenknecht and Lydia Weber.

Alberta worked for many years as a caregiver to seniors. She enjoyed art and spent many hours colouring in front of her window at Sunnyside Home.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Alberta with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. A reception will immediately follow the service.  Interment Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
