I was reading the paper and recognised the smiling face immediately. I am so sorry to hear of Keith's passing, my
heart felt sympathy to your family and brother Paul. I always admired Keith's artist talents, at Thamesford Public School while we attended public school. He was always a decent, likeable soul.

Our condolences. We met Keith on two occasions at Lee and Jennifer's place. I enjoyed his company; he was an immensely likeable guy. May you be blessed with many happy memories. I was in awe of his talent - I can't even draw a stick figure.

Of everyone I ever played hockey with over the years, Keith was and always will be my favourite. Of my favourite memories one is from hockey, to paraphrase Keith: "Chuck, I had a stroke during the holidays, Colleen doesn't know I'm here playing hockey..." the other is from when we were working at one of the Venator presentations: "Lap the Gap". I will likely never know anyone as kind, generous and fun as Keith ever again. My condolences and sympathies to Colleen and their children. I am deeply saddened by his passing.

I have some fond and funny memories playing hockey with Keith, but the most enjoyable time was hearing of his adventures with his kids and time with his wife, at their home on Mississauga Road. The world lost a good man in Keith. My condolences Colleen and Family. Glen

I've known Keith since third year university when he joined the "Winters' Storm" hockey team at York U. The team later became the Rattlers. Keith played with the Rattlers for years and designed two amazing logos for us. The professional looking jerseys may have intimidated opponents, until they actually saw us play! I will remember Keith for his energy, enthusiasm and big smile both on and off the ice. My deepest condolences Colleen and family.

My heartfelt condolence to you Colleen and your children. I remember Keith from Kindergarten to Grade 5 at Thamesford Public School. We were not in contact thereafter but our fathers stayed in contact often. I was reading Saturday's Record and came upon Keith's passing. I saw his picture and recognized him. Keith certainly lived his life with enjoyment as described in the obituary. Colleen, be assured of my thoughts and prayers for you.

I can imagine the great time Agnes, Ivor and Keith are having right now. Best neighbours ever. Dad cherished Ivor's friendship and I recall asking Keith if he would trade Mom's when we were 7 & 9. I loved Agnes' accent. Deepest condolences to Paul and Amanda and Colleen and Keith's children. I hope the happy memories will carry you through the rough days.

When I was boy my family had a cottage next to the Flynn’s and I was lucky to have Keith as a friend. My first question upon hearing that we were headed to the lake was always ‘will Keith be there?’ Perhaps, because he was older than I was his kindness and attention seemed that much more special. Even as a teenager Keith was an extraordinary young man. Funny, talented, athletic, intelligent and without fail generous and giving. His passion for music, art, cooking and sports was contagious and he was so much fun to be around. I loved and idolized Keith and the times we spent together remain some of my fondest childhood memories. I will always remember him for the very special person he was.
My deepest condolences to Colleen, Amelia, Kevin, Alicia, Paul and Keith’s extended family.

I first met Keith in 1994 and we kept in touch periodically over the intervening years. He was brilliantly funny, and one of the most warm-hearted individuals I’ve ever met. Sharing office space with him brought never a dull moment! Rarely was there a day where I’d arrive home without being able to share with my family what I dubbed, “Keith’s Funny of the Day”. He is, and will forever be, impossible to forget. It’s hard to imagine such an enormous loss in the day-to-day lives of Colleen and the children, but that vacuum should eventually be filled only with enormously happy memories. Bill and I wish to express our heartfelt condolences to all who knew and loved Keith.

As the obituary says Keith did have a fun-loving nature. Having been in many of the same elementary and high school classes with Keith I recall those characteristics of him from a young age. It's been many years since another friend from Thamesford and I went to see Keith and Colleen at their home in Etobicoke. It was great to hear about his career achievements at that time as we knew from his school days that art would be his future. His education and work accomplishments are a tribute to his talents. I moved from Ontario in the late 90s and so never had a chance to catch up with him again. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing and extend my condolences to his family and friends.

My sincere condolence to Colleen and family. Your husband/Dad was an incredible person and a genuine friend.
Thank you Keith for creating lasting memories with me..., from being childhood neighbors and spending countless hours playing road and pond hockey to chumming at a few teenage parties onto being colleagues at Kinney/Woolworths for years to playing pick up hockey in our 30s to enjoying a few sporting events together. I will never forget the enjoyment we got out of our annual Christmas luncheons of “Beer and Wings”. At times we lived 3,000 miles apart but no matter how much time between seeing each other, it was always a special get together. We could never leave a conversation, a phone call or an in person visit with out a couple good jabs at each other.
Your smile, your laugh, your sense of humour and your wittiness were infectious Keith. You will be so deeply missed.
Rest In Peace my friend.
