Dear members of the Drago family, I wish I could have been able to attend the celebration of Helen's life. My thoughts are with you. I have the happy memory of Helen faithfully walking to Mass each day - and not without great effort in the later days. What a great neighbourhood we lived in with strong faith witness. Please accept my condolences of the passing of your Mother. I have very fond memories of being around your house on Dietz and especially of playing baseball in the backyard. I was unaware of Helen's amazing contributions to the community.

Dear members of Helen and Lou's family,
I remember your mother very fondly . . . from my early years also on Dietz Ave and then with close friendship as I met regularly over a few years in a Christian Life Community with your parents, John English SJ, Barb and Peter Peloso and as we established the School for Lay Leadership in Spirituality and Justice .. . . and then Christian Life Communities (based at St. Michael's Waterloo and later in Guelph at Loyola Retreat Centre). This was a special time in my life.
I love what you wrote about your mother, her love and your love for her. She was truly blessed and a blessing, so loving and lovable!
Blessings for each of you! Please remember me in SOuth Sudan where I give workshops to teach people lead workshops themselves in Healing from Stress/Trauma throughout South Sudan . . . and I lead in-service programs for Teachers' College in remote areas.

Dear members of the Drago family, in particular Anne, Rick and Jim,
I was saddened to hear of the passing of your dear Mom, Helen. What an extra-ordinary lady! She always had the warmest greetings, broadest smile, and most sincere ability to inquire and listen. Her spirituality touched so many lives, and her generous spirit encouraged so many to delve deeper into their life in Christ. It was always a pleasure to see her over the years. Lourdes always was a very special Parish, and Lou and Helen contributed to it is so many ways, through their prayer, spirituality, service, participation and leadership. God bless you all, and may our faith in the resurrection of Jesus bring you peace and consolation. I will remember Helen in my Mass this evening at St. Joseph's Church in Melbourne, Australia.
