Obituary of Dr. Mary Anderson

Mary passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener on Sunday,November 18, 2018 at the age of 73.

Above all, Mary loved and adored her family. She was predeceased by her husband and soulmate, Patrick Nolan. Beloved mother of Kristian Gonsholt and wife Terri Gudgeon and Nina Lepp and husband Jason. Stepmother to Deborah Nolan and husband Akas,Kerry Nolan and wife Leaf and Darren Nolan and wife Serena. Granny to Ava, Amber, Audrey, Henrik, Jovin, Jade, Mars, Odin and Ares. Lovingly remembered by her sister Lesley Anderson and husband Bob Vart, nephew Jamie Hickman and niece Rebecca Hickman.

Born in Carlisle, England, Mary moved to Niagara Falls in 1975. She touched many lives as a Family Doctor in Niagara Falls, Whitby and Kitchener. After meeting Patrick, they fulfilled their dream of travelling and living on their boat. Mary skied for many years in Ellicottville and had many fond memories at Holimont. She was a kind, generous person who was loved by many friends around the world.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S.,Waterloo on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 2 - 4 p.m. and on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 1 - 2:45 p.m.  The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 3 p.m. with a reception immediately following in the funeral home’s Fireside Room.
