Obituary of Pauline Quinn
Just short of her 95th birthday, and as a result of natural causes, Pauline Quinn died. She decided to spend Christmas Day with our Dad (Len Quinn, 2006) and all her siblings.
Pauline Quinn was the last standing Montcalm of her generation. To carry on her memory, she leaves behind eight children; Jerry (Diane), Blair (Bonnie), Caroline Hennig (David), Marie Devine (Peter III), Christine Nowak (Brian), Marc, Annabel MacDonald and Clement Rajendra (Subi). Nineteen Grandchildren include; Jay (Marcie), Tyler (Laura), Danica (Darrell), Erin, Elizabeth, Roy (Emily), Marie (Sean), Theresa (Robert), Peter IV (Kelly), Craig (Jenn), Scott (Cindy), Bradford, Rory, Kevin, Marc (Tonia), Claire (Nevin), Sara, Tisha (Dana), Neela (Jeff). Plus 27 Great-Grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by Linda Quinn, Don MacDonald, and her Prince.
Before becoming the matriarch of our family, Mom was a translator for Eatons in downtown Toronto. During WWII, she built Lancaster bombers. She just received her 60th anniversary C.W.L. pin. Through her unwavering faith, Pauline taught her children to love the Lord, to love each other, and to forgive.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Pauline with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Agnes RC Church, on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Toby Collins, CR officiating. Interment to immediately follow the service. Reception to follow the burial in the church hall.
