Jim and I were the best of friends for nearly a decade.
In our adolesant years we experienced all the first's that the era had to offer,(likely no need to elaborate)
The Allard family treated me like a fourth son, vacationing at the beach,always welcomed at the house,and the opportunity to catch up on the latest sports stories ,via Playboy--- ( if Jack ever knew) and just trying to figure out who we were!
Jim known to most as (STRING) was always ready to take to the task of whatever presented itself that day. Such as ice skating, roller skating and a lot of ball hockey at the old school yard and just hanging out down town.
It saddens me to think Jim is gone but his memory will always be heartfelt and remembered
