Our deepest condolences to Scott, Paul, Jennifer, Lynne and their families for the loss of their Dad and Gramps. I know family time at the cottage was one of his great loves so we will be raising a glass to toast the life of Gramps at our own cottage on the shores of the Arctic Ocean this summer!

I sincerely appreciate that it is a "Celebration of Life" as Geoff was full of LIFE!
Your Dad and I had some real good laughs over the many lunches over the years.
"Brother Craven" will be genuinely missed by myself, Janice (who completed the quilting that your Mom never quite finished) and Becky our Main Teller who often helped your Dad when I was out of office. Your Dad took the 3 of us to a group "birthday lunch" and bought each of us a corsage in the fall of 2015. Becky still has her corsage in her fridge! A wonderful man who never ran out of an interesting story to share!
There is warmth in knowing he is with "Mom" now, who he always loved, respected and adored!
With sincere respect,
Jody Walker

Jen, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. I want to pass along my sympathies to you and your family.
Your Dad sounded like quite a character and I loved hearing the stories.
Your Mom and Dad are now together and I hope that brings you some sense of comfort.
Thinking about you and keeping you and your family in my thoughts.

The Ferris family in the US extends deepest sympathy to the Craven family.
From Marylou:
Geoff was extraordinary. I knew him in Florida and at his cottage on Lake Huron. My husband and I always had a great time with him and Thelma. Geoff Craven was a genuine loving “people person”.
He was a good friend. I’ll miss him.

What an amazing man your father was. I have special memories of him as a working partner with my Dad and as a handyman in my home in Port Carling. His sense of humour and willingness to try anything will always be remembered. My sincere condolences.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Geoff’s passing. He and Thelma were good friends of my parents and as families we would socialize. I have fond memories of gag gifts, good laughs, and many fantastic meals together over the years.
Geoff and Thelma were so very proud of their family and always willing to share photos of Craven reunions.
The creative genes that ran through the family were in fine display when everyone exchanged home made gifts at these gatherings. Geoff’s creativity, warmth, and zest for life will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune to know him.
My family and I send our condolences to the entire Craven family.

Our deepest Sympathies to the whole Craven Family. Our parents were friends for many years and shared some great times together. Geoff will always be remember as a cheery joker. He was a fun loving guy.
Thema and Marie met years ago teaching swimming at Breithaupt Centre, and the friendship grew from there.
All our love to your family at this difficult time.
