Obituary of Jean Catharine Pym

Jean passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Grand River Hospital in her 92nd year.

Loving wife of John A. (Jack) Pym.  Dear mother of Jeff Pym (Cathie) of Burlington and John Pym (Viktoria Yusim) of Wellesley.  Grandma to Jessica Pym (Rob Edwards) of Burlington, Janet Pym of Toronto, Matthew Pym (Mychal-Ann Hayhoe) of Edmonton, Katya Yusim and Sonya Yusim of Wellesley.  Survived by her sister Margaret Heick of Waterloo.

Predeceased by her parents Frederick Schlote and Dorothea (Herbst); sisters Dorothy Timm, Florence Knack and Ruth Anderson, brothers Carl, Art, Fred, Bill and Frank Schlote.

Friends and relatives are invited to share their memories of Jean with her family during visitation at the Erb & Goood Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 7-9 p.m.  The Memorial Service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 29 Westmount Rd. S., Waterloo with Rev. Philip Mathai officiating.
