Obituary of Dorothy Weppler

Passed away peacefully at Barnswallow Place Care Community, Elmira (formerly from Waterloo) on Sunday, March 24, 2019 in her 90^th year.

Beloved wife of Lorne Weppler. Loving mother of Gary and his wife Jacqueline.  Dear sister of Kenneth Petzold (Cindy) and Dolores Sommers and sister-in-law Doris Berg.

Predeceased by her parents William and Irene Petzold, brother Howard Petzold (Margaret), and brothers-in-law William Sommers and Edgar Berg. Missed by nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a chartered member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Waterloo and long- time employee at Wilfred Laurier University. 

Friends are invited to share their memories of Dorothy with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow the service in the Fireside Reception Room.  Interment at Memory Gardens.
