Obituary of Olive Pearl Good

In her 100th year, Olive passed away at Barnswallow Place Care Community in Elmira on Monday, March 25, 2019.

Devoted wife, she was predeceased by her husband Raymond in 2009, daughter Mary in infancy and son-in-law Gary Sittler.  Kind and caring mother of Sandra Sittler, and Sheri Brubacher. Special mother-in-law to Dennis Brubacher. Cherished Nana to Jeremy (Deidre) Sittler, and Krista Sittler (Fraser MacDonald), Luke (Becky) Brubacher and Laura (Steven) Robinson.  Great-grandmother to Kohen Sittler, Ava and Declan MacDonald, Katie and Hailey Brubacher, and Ryan Robinson.

Survived by sisters Naomi Sauder and Alice Brubacher, in-laws Murray (Marlene) Good, Eleanor Good, Carol (Murray) Shantz.

Predeceased by her parents Elias Snider and Sarah Bechtel, sisters Edna (Lincoln) Witmer, Rheta (Homer) Witmer, Elva (David) Horst, and brother Bretton (Luella) Snider. Also, by in-laws Clayton Sauder, Curtis Brubacher, Harold Good, Carmen (Joyce) Good

Visitation will be held at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church, 1310 King St., St. Jacobs on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 3-6 p.m.  For those who wish to attend, a committal service will take place at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Cemetery (Three Bridges) on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 2 pm followed by a memorial service at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church at 3 pm with Kevin Derksen officiating.  Reception will follow at the church.
