Obituary of Phil Weber

March 12, 1953 – April 26, 2019

Of Kitchener, passed away at the Palliative Care Unit of Freeport Health Centre on Friday, April 26, 2019 at the age of 66.

Phil is lovingly remembered by his son Tim and supportive brother Mark Weber and his wife Miriam.

He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Shirley (nee Koch) Weber.

Phil was an avid motorcycle rider, a hard-working man, owner/operator of Phil Weber Trucking and Excavating (retired).  He was a loving and supportive father.

Special thanks to Derbecker’s Heritage House in St. Jacobs, Grand River Emergency, and Freeport Palliative Care for their compassion and care given to Phil.  Also, special thank you to the speech therapists at Sound Expressions Waterloo.

Relatives and friends are invited to share memories of Phil during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.  The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception in the funeral home’s Fireside Room immediately following the service.  Interment at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener will follow.
