Obituary of Judy Adams

It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Judy Adams announce her passing at Freeport Hospital in Kitchener on Thursday, May 23, 2019.

Judy is survived by her loving daughter Julianne Adams.  She will be fondly remembered by many family members, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Judy is predeceased by her parents William and Rose Shippet and brother Gerald Shippet.

Judy was a kind, gentle, beautiful soul who never spoke an unkind word. She showed compassion and care to everyone around her. Judy loved to volunteer and was always willing to lend an ear, a hug, or a smile. She was a bright, shining star who will be deeply missed by so many.

After a heartbreaking battle with dementia and delirium, she is now in the arms of the angels.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Judy with her family during a Celebration of Life at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, June 20, 2019.  Memorial visitation from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.  A Memorial Service will be held immediately following the visitation at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home’s chapel. Reception to follow.
