Dear Loretta & family,
We will always cherish the memories of your wonderful mother, Annie! She was kind, loving, friendly and laughed so easily! She was quick to express appreciation to others, and in my case, especially for music ministries. She radiated love for her Henry and retold their romantic story. She was a treasured lady who demonstrated God’s faithfulness in so many ways! Our hearts go out to you in this time of loss. Warmest thoughts, Judy (& Don) Sutherland

Dear Martin Family,
Annie was a most beloved friend and neighbour to my mother for many years at valley view manor. She was such a loving and kind person who always had a smile on her face. The picture you choose is just her...with a twinkle in her eye. Annie will be fondly remembered. You have my deepest sympathies

My dear sweet Aunt Annie...
Memories of creative abilities in every way in your tribute to her. I will always cherish the tiny porcelain baby she gave me I named Cassandra, and other sweet gifts. Mom and dad brought Annie to our (Karen who will see her in heaven) home in Ajax. She dressed in her Mennonite clothes, shared her story and served a delicious meal to the “Lunch Bunch” our single women’s group. Many precious memories and visits with her....lived, loved and much laughter!!!

Aunt Annie was always grounded and realistic about both the good times and the hard times in life. She met both with good humor and strength. Her sense of fun and beauty was an encouragement and joy to us all. She was one of whom we could honestly sat, ..the joy of the Lord is her strength. Love to all the family. You have a wonderful heritage and memories.

We wish to pass on our condolences to Annie's family. You are in our hearts and minds at this time of loss. We knew her as Aunt Annie. I will always remember her as a forthright, authentic and good person with a great sense of humour and an adventurous spirit. She had a noticeable humility. I think also of her courage to make some hard choices in her life that cost her dearly and yet these choices were based on her conviction that true love was worth it all. Aunt Annie was gracious.. We always enjoyed visiting her and found the conversations with her to be meaningful and satisfying. It was easy to connect with her and she always seemed pleased with our choice to spend some time with her. I will remember her fondly and am proud to be part of her extended family. She will be missed indeed.

What great memories of Annie our family share. As part of David and Donna Martin’s clan I always knew aunt Annie as quick to laugh and quick to offer some tasty comfort food when we would visit. I offer condolence to the family as they say goodbye to this remarkable lady who accomplished much in her time.
