Obituary of Robert McLeod Thompson

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at The Village of Winston Park at the age of 89 years.

Survived by his son Mark McLeod Thompson, daughter Kimberly Ann Marges (Timothy), granddaughter Angie Muir (Jeremy), granddaughter Holly Courtney (Andrew), grandson Matthew Marges (Angel) and his loving great-grandchildren Madison, Robert, Nolan, Sophie, Aubrey and Olivia.

Robert was predeceased by his wife Mary Andrew Thompson, his mother Jean Price Thompson (nee Robertson) and father James McLeod Thompson.

A Memorial service to celebrate Robert’s life will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Lucy Graves officiating.  Reception to follow.
