Obituary of Ruth Dorothy Gingerich

Passed away unexpectedly, at home, on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the age of 92 years.

Survived by her sons Rick (Chris) Gingerich, Randy Gingerich, Ron (Jan) Gingerich, grandchildren Paula (Craig) Green, Kate (Andrew) Stewart, Mandi (Craig) McNaughton, Cara (Ryan) Eccles, Ryan (Jeanne) Gingerich, Haylee (Ryan) Knowles as well as her 9 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Glen, daughter-in-law Judi, granddaughter Nicole and her brothers and sisters.

Ruth will be remembered for being devoted to her family and her faith. She enjoyed knitting, bowling, fishing and spending time at the Legion with her sons and her friends.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 9:30 am – 10:45 am.  The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 am.  A reception will follow the service in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Interment at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, St. Agatha.
