Obituary of Russell Arsenault

Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Long Term Care (Castle Kilbride) with family by
his side on Friday, August 9, 2019. He was the last of seven children. Loving father to
Ann Marie, Julia McGarry (Michael) and Richard. Caring grandfather to Catherine
McGarry, Melissa McGarry (Spencer Smith), Devon Arsenault (Joel Merritt) and Jordan
Arsenault.
Russell was predeceased by his loving wife, Josephine.
Russell was born in Bedeque, PEI and grew up in Summerside. He was a Veteran of
the Korean War and served 36 years with the Canadian Armed Forces. He retired in
1982 at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer.
He will be truly missed by his family.
The family will have a private service led by Father Larry Parent, from Blessed
Sacrament, at Erb & Good Funeral Home.
