Obituary of Theresa Hooper

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our kind and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Terri passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the age of 65 years.

Terri is survived by her husband David, her sons Michael and his wife Kelly, Jim and his wife Michelle. She is also survived by her siblings Enaid, June, Mike, Joe and her many friends and family. 

Predeceased by her parents Francis and Joseph, in-laws Jeanette and Robert, and sister Julie.

Terri loved to travel and spend the summers at her cottage in Tobermory with her family and friends. She enjoyed working for many years as a hairstylist where she developed friendships with her fellow coworkers and clients. Terri had a personality that would light up the room brining joy to those around.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Theresa with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 7 – 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Reception to follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
