Obituary of Ken Kopf
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family after a short illness on November 16, 2019 at the age of 89.
He is survived by his loving wife Jeanette (nee Scharlach) of 68 years. Devoted Father to Bob, Debra Hines (Bob), Trish Voisin and Dave (Wendy). Loving Grandpa to Rob Jr., Becky, Melissa, Jason (Liz), Jenna (Max), Chad (Emily), Natalie and Natasha (Brendan). Great-Grandpa to Jaxx, Abbey, Xandre, Xavier, Bauer, Oakley and Jorden.
Ken was a long-term employee of BF Goodrich, loved playing hockey and watching sports. He enjoyed his time and travels with friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Beechwood Manor, the 8th floor staff at Grand River Hospital and the palliative care team at Clair Hills.
A Celebration of Ken’s Life will be held on Thursday November 21, 2019 at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo in the Fireside Room from 1:00 – 3:00pm
In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada or a Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated.
