Obituary of Joan Phillips (nee Curry)

Passed away peacefully at Innisfree House, supported by the love of her family and friends on November 25, 2019 at the age of 86.

Devoted mother to Darcy Lynn (Michael) Fehlings and Dixie Joanne (Tom) Schell. Cherished grandma to Tara, Lauren, Nick, Mathew and Jenna. Loving great-grandma to Abby and Theo. Survived by her sister Thelma Wilkinson. Predeceased by her loving husband John Phillips.

A warm and loving mother, wife, sister, friend, grandmother and great-grandmother, Joan lived for her relationships and cherished and fostered them.  Joan was happiest in the Rocky Mountains, a true Albertan, who also loved to travel the world.

A Memorial Service will be held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm with a reception to immediately follow in the Kuntz House.
