ELLERT, Shirley Theresa.
Now holding hands with the love of her life Pat (2000)
Lovingly remembered by her beloved children Barbara Ellert and husband Paul Walsh, Peter Ellert and wife Peggy, Brenda Hebner and husband Brian, Bernadette Ellert and husband Michael Schmuck. Will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Erin Hebner, Nickolas Hebner and Madeline Schmuck. Survived by brother Lloyd Voisin.
Predeceased by parents George and Ethel Voisin and brother Ralph.
Shirley lived her entire life in Waterloo. She was employed by The Royal Bank as a young woman. She was a devout member of St. Louis parish and member of Catholic Women’s League. Shirley enjoyed knitting and donating children’s toques, summer weekends at the Conestoga Lake cottage with Pat. She will be remembered for donating her baking to the Out of the Cold program.
Her passion and pride were her family and will be dearly missed by all.

Shirley’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Parish prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 8:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Louis RC Church, Waterloo on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11:30 am. Private interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
