Doug, we first met many years ago through our friend Johnny O. and of course, cars were the main reason. I have many fond memories of Enduro Racing at Flamboro and Delaware. And I'll never forget our Junes' in Michigan! Rest in peace my friend, you have a special place in my heart! Bryan Schmidt

Doug you were our neighbour first in 1981 and then became a close friend over the years. You were a quiet soul but we always lots of fun. You Made the best Caesars! Mom loved them! Fun times at the Michigan races with the ‘Michigan gang’ and car shows up in Grand Bend with The O’Neills. We will raise a glass to you at the Daytona party. We will miss you a lot.
